Re: [rawhide] fmt and spdlog upgrade/soname bump

I'm missing MariaDB packages from the list.

You only found auto-generated runtime Requires: on the shared library
provide (e.g. libspdlog.so.1()(64bit)).
However, IMO you should check for BuildRequires too, for e.g.
headers-only usage:

  { dnf repoquery --repo=rawhide --whatrequires 'libfmt*' --qf
'%{source_name}\n'
    dnf repoquery --repo=rawhide-source --whatrequires 'fmt*' --qf '%{name}\n'
    dnf repoquery --repo=rawhide --whatrequires 'libspdlog*' --qf
'%{source_name}\n'
    dnf repoquery --repo=rawhide-source --whatrequires 'spdlog*' --qf
'%{name}\n'
  } 2>/dev/null | sort -u
