Here's a short summary of the meeting:

EBS Work

* EBS is about 95% of the way to being hosted on Fedora Infrastructure. 
The main blocker is waiting for OIDC secrets from the Infra team.
* A proposal is in place to use "Draft Builds" for ELN batches to allow 
for more graceful recovery from crashes.
* A FESCo ticket has been filed for this change: 
https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/3621
* The necessary code patches are prepared and will be merged once FESCo 
and releng give their approval.

bootc

* The bootc compose image work is ready to merge but is currently 
blocked by other pending merge requests and the Konflux team being on PTO.
* The bootc team is investigating ways to unblock the process.

The next meeting will be on Tuesday, June 30th, at 12:00 ET.
