This has nothing to do with npm.  That's just the tool to install the 
package you want to use.  It has no effect after that.  If there's an 
issue, it's in the "aasvg" application or one of its dependencies.

The "not svg" is definitely SVG.  Why do you think it isn't?  The only 
issue I see is that the top row of numbers isn't quite aligned like the 
other image.
