I don't think the tool has changed since I installed it last month on my 
F41 system.  Will have to check.

Open them both with some viewer.  Something is wrong with the -not; the 
content does not show.  I suppose I will have to do a diff on the two to 
see.

And it definitely does not insert in Libreoffice Write .docx properly.
