[Screen fades to black and system goes catatonic] Not sure this will help, but on my Dell XPS laptop running F43 and KDE, sometimes the screen won't come out of screen blanking using the keyboard or trackpad. I discovered that when this happens it *will* come out by unplugging the power cord (and then plugging it back in). (It also did this with F42 and maybe earlier.) I guess the question is: is the system really unresponsive? Or is the screen/display just not coming out of "blanking"? -- _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[email protected] Do not reply to spam, report it: https://forge.fedoraproject.org/infra/tickets/issues/new
