IMHO using http is significantly simpler than NFS or FTP based installs.
There is no issue of usernames and passwords and the files are implicitly
read-only.
i.e. put the contents of the CDs anywhere you want on your filesystem - even
an NFS mount, then go to /var/www/html
and put a symlink to them there.  
As a bonus, as a node installs you can tal /var/log/http/access.log to watch
progress.

    i want to let linux auto installed  with a script named ks.cfg
all the install files is on a ftp server.and the ftp server prohibit use 
to login with anonymous,but i have a account. 
so my question is that where and how to set the ftp account and password!
