is it possible to move the /boot/efi to another partitionafter installation

Hi All,
      I tried to install RHAS-2.1 it doesn't detect
cciss RAID device, so i tried RHAS-2.1 Update-4,
then the scsi device has been detected, and I 
installed /boot/efi and / on that scsi device,
but after installation it doesn't boot.
 
  same machine/partition type works for RHAS-3.0, 
is it because of the latest elilo-3.4 or anything
else?

  If it is elilo version, I thinking of installing
/boot/efi in local scsi partiton then upgrade the
elilo to latest, then move the partition to RAID
device, is this possible??, any other suggestions??
