I compared from F25 and F26 based on all contributors on all packages.
(regardless how many words they translated). If  we only interested in
those who contributed >=500 words, you can compare it with vFAD 25 list
that we had.

As you know, this time we have allowed people to translated other packages
> also during sprint. That's why we need all translation happened in Zanata
