Hi,

Thank you so much Takuro-san, taking over the roll, and I am terribly sorry
being late to confirm this. Taira-san and Takuro-san have now been leading
Japanese team.

Takuro is professional and senior technical translator, as well leading
Japanese team in Red Hat. He has vast knowledge across various Red Hat
products, which contributes Fedora localization. He is the one who most
understands Open Source, including Fedora, JBoss, etc.

He should have already received enough support from every team, however, in
case, please give a hand if he asks.
