It would be helpful if there was an interface in Weblate for a slow internet connection. a) It may be helpful to run speed tests and peform some of the optimizations at: https://fedoramagazine.org/design-faster-web-pages-part-1-image-compression/ https://fedoramagazine.org/design-faster-web-pages-part-2-image-replacement/ https://fedoramagazine.org/design-faster-web-pages-part-3-font-css-tweaks/ b) It may also be helpful to have a mostly text interface for low bandwith connections Can make these as requests in Weblate directly, but viewpoints from other testers are also helpful, in particular for items that are specific to Fedora.
