Translations with wrong format in "Fedora's Mission and Foundation"

Hello all,

My comment is about this page: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/

This page contains the four Fedora's foundations in sort of a 2x2
table layout, where the four foundations are presented as level 3
headings.

The English page looks OK, but in every other language the
foundations' level 3 headings are broken. The foundation names are
displayed, but not as headings. This can be confirmed in Turkish (tr),
Dutch (nl), Portuguese (pt_PT), Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) and
Indonesian (id).

This issue could be related to the current bad split of the 2x2 table
in translation strings. The "Freedom" text is in one translation
string, and the other three foundations are in another string.

I tried looking at the pages' source code, but haven't found anything
wrong in it (https://pagure.io/Fedora-Council/council-docs/blob/master/f/project/modules/ROOT/pages/index.adoc).

Does anyone know how to solve this wrong format in this page's translations?
