In July, shoot the quality checks errors in Fedora Weblate

Dear translator teams,

Weblate provides quality checks : 
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/checks/ for all languages.

It tells us Weblate detected 187 563 quality checks errors, out of them 
9 485 are ignored, and 178 078 are to be fixed (or ignored).


This page is available for each language :

* In top menu, click on "Language" button and select your language,

* In your language page (in my case: 
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/languages/fr/ )

* Click on "Tools" > "Failing checks" (in my case 
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/checks/?lang=fr )


Often, failing checks goes by group, fixing one solve many.

Checks I like are:

* translation inconsistencies between components: 
https://docs.weblate.org/en/weblate-4.1.1/user/checks.html#inconsistent

* same plurals : 
https://docs.weblate.org/en/weblate-4.1.1/user/checks.html#same-plurals


Quality checks are a good opportunity to stop-by a translation and 
review it, search for common mistakes or typographic issues.
