I don't have any good ideas, no. Weblate doesn't seem to have any
obvious place to put that information. One could possibly have a
slightly longer and more detailed information about the situation on
the L10N teams page in the wiki, but that won't help if you start from
the Weblate site.

But I see I'm now a sponsor, and have been able to add Luna (bittin)
to the team! :-)
