Re: RH8 - Evolution disappeared?

Try deleting your .gnome_session directory, it should restore the
default panel, and shortcuts.

If evolution binary is gone, like: slocate -u, and then locate
evolution, gives you no return, something more drastic may have
happened. Potentially a security breach.

If you're sure it hasn't been hacked, run the 8.0 upgrade and be sure to
select evolution if it's not already. That should grab evolution and any
other packages that have gone missing.
