Hello all,

I've added my own heartbeat Perl script
"rc.lvs.failover.pl" for download with README and
additionally a section on Piranha/LVS own heartbeat
setup clarifications to the PB's Nutshell Howto which
BTW is section 27.2 in the general LVS HOWTO
