I am using RH 7.3 with kernel 2.4.18-3 and Piranha-0.6.0-19
with ipvsadm-1.20.7, and all things work well.
The RPM package of ipvsadm is ipvsadm-1.20-7.i386.rpm.
You can find it with google, I don't reminber the location.
