about Redhat advance Server 2.1 and apache server

hi ,
                 I use Redhat 2.1 Advanced Server to make clustering with
LVS technology. When I try to configure second NIC in same machine
(LVS router), And I start Apache 1.3.27 and find that, I can not browser
the web pag.
Is there any body can tell me why?
