FOS working (mostly), but backup server not accepting requests

Hi,

I've got pulse/etc running fine - when I kill pulse on my primary 
server, the backup server takes note and forks the nanny processes. 
However - I suspect that there might be an ARP issue or something 
similar, as my client STILL resolves the VIP to be the primary server (I 
can tell, as I have a telnet server running on the primary server, and 
not the backup, and it allows a telnet connection when i telnet to the 
VIP)

My question is, how can I debug this ? What is the usual mechanism for 
sending out the ARP announcement when one server takes over from the 
other ? Any help very much appreciated. Debug log from when the backup 
server takes over is below, in case it helps - does it look normal ?
