Sure it is ! You'll just have to handle the ARP problem (please refer to
the quite detailled HOWTO on http://linuxvirtualserver.org/

What do you mean ? You want to keep you existing NAT setup and add a DR
setup, or replace the NAT setup by the DR setup ?

Earlier solution : write another lvs.cf, say lvs-dr.cf, and start pulse
manually like this :
/usr/sbin/pulse -c /etc/sysconfig/ha/lvs-dr.cf
Don't forget to change heartbeat_port

Later solution, I guess you're just bother about nat_router (or whatever
it's called). You can remove or keep them, it won't matter. But as long
as it won't be used, I suggest you remove them, it'll cleaner.

You should not need that. As Peter said, use piranha-gui for a while and
you'll soon know how to manually write lvs.cf.

Of course. You'll just have to tweak the send and expect parameters of
your virtual server in order to match your own protocol, or use an
external script.
