There's actually one that does not require a kernel build. Instead of a
kernel patch, it's a module, called noarp. It's been written by Maurizio
Sartori ([email protected]) and is available at
http://www.masarlabs.com/noarp/

I'm using it in a production setting and it works quite fine. And way
more convinient :)
