Don't worry about pulse1 and 2. Make built pulse, which is the one you
should use.

The reason why I have pulse1 and 2 is because I needed to have two
separate configs, one for HA, the other for LB.

I've symlinked pulse[12] to pulse, made 2 init scripts and written 2
separate configs. I now have 2 services pulse1 and pulse2, but they run
the exact same way the usual pulse does.

This hunk is not so important, but I'd still like to know why it did not
apply :(
