I guess Greg is not talking about a known ARP kernel bug, but the ARP
issue related to using IPVS in DR or TUN.

Even with this kernel, you still have to handle the ARP issue if direct
routing or tunneling. This can be done several way :
- hidden patch (needs kernel build)
- redirect approch (haven't tested, does not seem natural to me)
- noarp module (best way IMHO)

Did you search and find anything relevant in the log file when this
happened ? Are you running piranha 0.7.0 ?
