Hi Sebastian,

I run the new pulse and looks like lvs is not started
properly (defunct) by pulse. Appreciate if you can
help me in troubleshooting what could be the problem.

Below is the info I hope can clarify the problem.

The /var/log/messages does not indicate any error:
