configuration piranha by web interface

hi,
  when I try to configure piranha by web, I type user and password, next I obtain error:

fatal error: failed opening required 'parse.php3' in /home/httpd/html/piranha/secure/control.php3

what can I do?
(p.s. php3 is running)
