Unless you do want to stick to the original RH naming, you should not
need to alter anything.

The main reason I've renamed lvs to pulse is because piranha is not only
about load balancing (what RH wrongly named lvs) but also failover
(fos). As the main and only daemon the user interacts with is pulse, it
makes more sense to have all files named pulse something.

Finally, the reason for having pulse1 and pulse is because I needed to
distinct daemons, one for lvs, one for fos.
