Help on Modem Required please

Installation went smooth without any errors at all. Now i wanted to configure my modem so that i browse the net with it . i had started the Internet Configuration Wizard in the system tools. Linux did detect the Modem, it aslo also me to enter my isp name,isp login id and isp password.
