Password Complexity in Enigma

Hi gurus,
i'm currently working on password security policies for our machines. I have
set up password ageing and pass minimum length on all linux and solaris
boxes. Now Linux (contrary to Solaris) has a powerful pass complexity algo
through PAM. However can anybody tell me how to adjust the settings for this
module regarding complexity of passwords?
