If you're using the standard kernel from the RedHat distribution you 
won't run into any trouble.
It'll work right away, not a single modification in the software needed.

If you have built your own custom kernel, check to make sure the new MB 
is supported (it probably will) and if necessary, rebuild it.
Then too, no other modification needed.

Easy huh? :)
