Squid & transparent proxy

Hello all,
	I have Redhat 7.2 pc with squid & iptables. https transparent 
proxy setting is not working. If I configure the client pc to use https 
proxy (via the browere setting)then it is working fine. What could be the 
problem?. Can any help me to fix the problem?
