What is the full error message? Include 3-5 lines above the
Kernel panic message. The 'no init found' usually means that
during bootstrap the / filesystem cannot be mounted properly.
The lines above the kernel panic can give context and point
to the real issue. For example, I had one recently with the
panic and 'no init found' message. The few lines above were
error messages from the ext3 module including an indication
that there was an illegal mount option. The real problem is
a bug (filed with bugzilla) wherein the fstab entry for the
/ filesystem cannot have any arguments other than 'defaults'.
Long winded way to say, the context above the VFS Kernel panic
line will point to the root cause.
