Jacques stopped development work on linuxconf long before redhat caught on that it doesn't work. It's too complex to try to make an all-in-one solution when the devel cycle of the software it's supposed to configure follows moore's law better than the hardware does. That said, I'm sure redhat has some other gui thingy, but I never use them. I'm no dinosaur either. I just learned to love the power and flexability of the command line tools. I can set mtu's, packet-framing, mac addresses and static routing, things you'll likely never learn about with a gui.
