Koff, is this an officually assigned address for your network from your
ISP? Or is this an address you picked out of the hat? The numbers suggest
the latter. You SHOULD find absolutely no help in the latter case as the
address is probably assigned to someone else who might find the address
conflict troublesome. (A traceroute on that address takes me towards
Washington DC.)

You might clarify this issue as it is critical with regards to setting
up your network regardless of its legitimacy. Are these internal only
addresses or addresses visible to the Internet as a whole? If the latter
your ISP generally would be the one responsible for the DNS service.
