Just curious as if anyone else out there has started to see errors like this
in their maillogs. As of last Thursday or Friday, I have not been able to
receive mail from known Exchange mail servers, and even the below mail
server (see snip 1). This is happening on my Redhat 7.2 box, as well as my
Redhat 8.0 box.

I have made no changes in my configs in the past week.

<snip 1>
Jun 29 16:24:15 proxy sendmail[12721]: NOQUEUE: nat-pool-rdu.redhat.com
[66.187.233.200] did not issue MAIL/EXPN/VRFY/ETRN during connection to MTA
<end snip 1>

My Sendmail M4 does contain the following:

Otherdnl This changes sendmail to only listen on the loopback device
127.0.0.1
Otherdnl and not on any other network devices. Comment this out if you want
Otherdnl to accept email over the network.
Otherdnl DAEMON_OPTIONS(`Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA')
Otherdnl NOTE: binding both IPv4 and IPv6 daemon to the same port requires
Otherdnl a kernel patch
Otherdnl DAEMON_OPTIONS(`port=smtp,Addr=::1, Name=MTA-v6, Family=inet6')
Otherdnl We strongly recommend to comment this one out if you want to
protect
Otherdnl yourself from spam. However, the laptop and users on computers that
do
Otherdnl not have 24x7 DNS do need this.
Otherdnl FEATURE(`accept_unresolvable_domains')dnl

Any insight is appreciated.
