Latest kernel is 2.4.20-20.7; you can obtain it from

just download what's needed for your architecture (i586 or i686, I suppose;
try 'arch' to know for sure).

You don't need to bother about kernel-BOOT-*.rpm, and more likely than not you
won't be going to rebuild the kernel, so you could forget about the .src.rpm.
This leaves you with 

kernel-2.4.20-20.7.i586.rpm
kernel-doc-2.4.20-20.7.i586.rpm
kernel-source-2.4.20-20.7.i586.rpm

(assuming i586 as architecture); you could likely skip also the kernel-source
package. After download, install the rpms and reboot... it's as simple as that.

You might want to update iptables, too, since this kernel broke something in
the firewall package:
