Your system already is. When all the physical memory is used up the system
will start looking to stash info in swap, but not until then. Memory
management is pretty efficient in the linux kernel, so don't be suprised
if your swap drives remain unused for long long periods of time if you
have quite a bit of physical memory in the machine.
