kernel 2.2.22 stuck on TLB IPI wait (CPU#1)

I'm running a Dell PowerEdge 1650 with the following hardware.

dual pentium 1.2Ghz
2GB of memory
Software Raid (mirroring), SCSI harddrives.
Redhat 7.0 with all patches.

When I install the latest errata kernel from Redhat,
kernel-enterprise-2.2.22-7.0.2 tha machine starts up normaly until it starts to
mount nfs shares. Then it prints the following on the console

"stuck on TLB IPI wait (CPU#1)"

I know that TLB is the Translation Look-aside buffer and that this has to do
with the low level memory and cache implementation. Has anyone else experience
this problem? When I use my old kernel-enterprise-2.2.19-7.0.15 the machine is
running just fine.

The error shows itself just before it loads the eepro100 driver as the syslog exerpt shows.

Have anyone else experienced this problem?
Is it due to my hardware or is it a kernel problem?
