Hi everyone,

I am new to Linux and am trying to connect a Windows
XP machine to a Linux 7.0/Samba server. Other machines
are able to browse, and map to it with no problems
they are all Win 95/98 machines.

The XP machine is setup in a similar config as the
other machines and I can browse the web without any
problems. However when I try to map a drive and browse
to the Linux/Samba server I recieve a security error
from the Linux server.

I checked the configuration on the Linux server and it
appears that the smb.conf and it appears to be
configured correctly. Any suggestions?

Thanks

David
