edown is not recognizing !!!

Hello,
I am working on IDT79S334A MIPS evaluation board. I am trying to install
Embedix Linux on the board  from Red Hat Linux 7.2  host via serial port,but
when I try to start download using this command
./edown -d /dev/cual -s 38400 vmlinus.idt     ,
it is giving me error "edown' no such file or directory"
my path is also correct(mnt/cdrom/boot) and is also showing edown binary as
exe when I do ls -l.

Is there something wrong with edown program.?
Where can I download the latest version of this so that I can replace the
existing one.
