If you bought your guinness package, you could have
registered a basic subscription to RHN for free, and
downloaded the 8.0 CD images.  Then you'd have the 
full set.

So, Red Hat does NOT offer an upgrade program. I could not find anything
regarding upgrades on the Red Hat web site.
