Out of Memory Problem

Hi all,
        i have a compaq server which is running on 128mb ram Piii
1.26ghz....

i have this major problem of my server complaining out of memory and then
restarts itself every now and then....
what i got from the log is - servername kernel: Out of Memory: Killed
process 32093 (python) and a couple of other processes being killed due to
Out of Memory errors...

i have the same batch of servers with the same configuration but have never
encountered this before....the server is only used as a file sharing server
and the ram it needs is not big..so 128mb is adequate enough...
