To clear up the development of this thread, I do know that it is a
user-defined header. I just didn't understand the relationship of a
X-moonphase header in this bit:

X-moonphase? Don't know what you're talking about.

PINE has a good help system. You just need to press '?' on a
configuration option to get a help text about.
