New XFree86 4.2.x Savage driver for testing

Please test this driver out with any XFree86 4.2.x release, and 
let me know how it solves all of your problems, cures all known 
diseases, causes world peace, adds gamma support to the driver, 
fixes screensaver crashes, and video lockups with xine, etc...

It should work with any 4.2.x release.  Also, if you've filed any 
bugzilla reports about Savage driver problems, please update your 
report after testing this driver.
