Erhm, that may be the relationship between that OS/2 dude and the
X-moonphase header you refer to. But the relationship to PINE's

  (S)ETUP > (C)ONFIG > default-composer-hdrs
    and
  (S)ETUP > (C)ONFIG > customized-hdrs

is poor. ;)
