creating rpm from stock kernel

Hi,

I used to create rpms from stock kernels with 'make rpm' command. This
command does not work on (null) (probably because now rpmbuild command used
to build rpms). Any ideas how to make it work, before I have to dig
makefiles?

P.S. When I try 'make rpm' on null I see error message " -ta: unknown
option".
