Above. well enough above to raise eyebrows.

I've also had 30 years to think about UIs and occasionally been called on to 
design one. I've read about it, thought about it, done it.

How about you, do you still hunt and peck at the keyboard, or have you learned 
where all the keys are? I guess you know most of them by now.

Would switching between qwerty and Dvorak slow you down? I guess it would.
