A release candidate would be something unexpected and something new
for Red Hat. They release when they think it's ready, and whether it
is depends on how many serious bugs remain after the last beta
release.

But speaking of release candidates, has anyone followed the Mandrake
Linux 9.0 beta cycle and their rc3? How did they do this time with
regard to finding and fixing bugs?
