Last time I chose a new car, the differences between models and makes were somewhat more apparent. Actually, the make was preselected by prejudice (and variety of choice, given that my employer was footing the bill), and specifying options was easy as I _knew_ the advantages of wider tyres, more horses. In the case of the different RHL products the differences boil down to irrelevant (to me) support, extra CDs with unknown content and the number of printed manuals. If RH wants me to buy a more expensive package, it has to _show_ me that it's worth more _to me._ -- Cheers John. Please, no off-list mail. You will fall foul of my spam treatment.
