Ahh: closing the entire app vs. closing the window. Yeah, I'm not aware 
of any key that consistently closes the entire app. That didn't occur to 
me because I rarely want to do that. Typically a window for me 
corresponds to a task. I either want to log out (and close all of my 
windows) or close a single window, never closing a single application.
