Configuring "rsync" in RHAS 3.4

Hi! Can somebody tell me how to configure "rsync" in RHAS 3.4. I have installed the rpm for rsync but i am unable to find the configuration file for rsync, where is it located & how to get it running. Thanks & Regards!
