I'm running httpd-2.0.46-56.ent with the standard list of modules (as provided by RedHat). I am using the Oracle InstantClient libraries, which are appended to LD_LIBRARY_PATH in /etc/sysconfig/httpd... The analysis of this seems to make sense, except I don't see where httpd would be calling times() with a NULL paramater. What modules do you have loaded on this server?
